Teamleader Order Management – Dynaco Europe (Moorsel)

 

Dynaco Europe, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is a leading manufacturer of high‑performance industrial doors, including high‑speed doors, sectional doors, and dock equipment.

 

To strengthen our Customer Support organization at our headquarters in Moorsel, we are looking for a Team Leader Order Management & Level 1 Support.

 

In this role, you will lead a hybrid team with members based in Moorsel and remote colleagues located across Europe. You will be responsible for customer order processing and first‑line support for our dealers and partners throughout the region.

 

The position requires strong people‑leadership skills, hands‑on operational involvement, and a customer‑focused mindset.

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

Team Leadership

 

  • Lead, coach, and support the Order Management & Level 1 Support team.

 

  • Assign and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring efficient workloads and timely service.

 

  • Provide training, development, and regular performance follow‑up.

 

  • Build a positive, collaborative, and customer‑centric team culture.

 

Operational Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders for:

 

    • High‑speed doors
    • Sectional doors
    • Dock equipment and related components

 

  • Oversee Level 1 support handling: basic technical questions, lead‑time and pricing inquiries, product availability, order status, documentation requests, etc.

 

  • Act as the main escalation point within the team.

 

  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Technical Support (L2), and Production.

 

  • Ensure compliance with procedures, service levels, and internal standards.

 

Continuous Improvement

 

  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

 

  • Support the development of internal knowledge bases and work instructions.

 

  • Contribute to digitalisation projects within order management and customer support.

 

Your profile

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has proven experience in order management, customer support, or a similar operational role.

 

  • Has strong people‑leadership skills — coaching, motivating, developing, and guiding a team is essential for success in this role.

 

  • Can structure and coordinate workloads, set priorities, and ensure reliable follow‑up.

 

  • Communicates clearly and professionally with dealers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

 

  • Works hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented.

 

  • Speaks English fluently; Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage.

 

  • Has experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).

 

  • Has affinity with technical or industrial products — an advantage.
