Analyze the market, Dynaco Europe’s product portfolio and identify sales growth opportunities through pricing
- You are responsible for the product portfolio structure, price levels and positioning by brand
- Evaluate product pricing competitiveness by market and against competitors, making recommendations to maximize value
- You manage price increases by brand
- You provide accurate pricing data to Dynaco’s sales entities and to the management team as basis for decision
Lead data-driven market intelligence efforts for better decision-making
- Gather and analyze data: collect internal and external data to identify sales trends, business opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Visualize: transform complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and reports that are easy for stakeholders to understand, at all levels
- Recommendations: provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making
Own Dynaco Europe’s door configurator and ordering system HIVE
- You are responsible for HIVE configurator on behalf of Dynaco Europe
- You are following up all HIVE developments with the HIVE supplier and make sure they are delivered timely, and according to our requirements
- You act as a go-to-person in case of HIVE failure and coordinate the issue fixing with the HIVE supplier
Strong business acumen, can-do attitude, great people manager in an international context
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial B2B product or sales environment.
- You have extensive experience in using Excel (or other) for data manipulation, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques
- You have the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies while effectively managing day-to-day operations
- You have an advanced level of English; other language skills are an asset.
- Ability to communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening, coaching and presentation skills.
- You have cultural awareness, having ability to drive projects successfully with colleagues from different countries and cultures at different levels in the organization
- You are prepared to work with colleagues located in different countries and locations.
- You are autonomous and flexible, and you can plan your days and weeks efficiently.
- You are based anywhere in Europe and are prepared to travel up to 20% of your time.
