What you would do as our Back Office Specialist:

Reporting to the Back Office Manager of Dynaco Europe, you will be responsible for the order management & support of Dynaco Europe Benelux indirect sales channel, as well as customer’s communication and interface for order configuration of Overhead Sectional Door & Docking Solution products.


You would also: 


  • Be responsible for the complete order management and related communication with customers and sales team for Benelux for the Overhead Sectional Door & Docking Solution products.
  • Follow-up on order change management with the different internal departments (Finance, Logistic, Planning, Production) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage transports (by air, by sea, by road) and have a good knowledge about Incoterms.
  • Organize weekly meetings with Sales & Customer service representatives for the Benelux market to review customer activities & satisfaction.
  • Back-up your colleagues of the OHSD & DS Back Office team when needed.


The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:


  • Has at least 2 years of experience in a supporting sale or dealers’ role or and proven experience of working in a B2B environment.
  • Speaks Dutch and English fluently. Any knowledge of another European language is an asset. 
  • Has experience & a good level in Microsoft suite (EXCEL, OUTLOOK, WORD) and an ERP system (AX ERP from Microsoft especially).
  • Ability to communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening, professional communication, and presentation skills.
  • Is autonomous and flexible and can plan their days and weeks efficiently. You can benefit from up to a minimum of one day home office.
