What you would do as our Business Development Manager High Performance Doors – Poland and Baltics
As our Business Development Manager High Performance Doors – Poland and Baltics, you would spearhead our expansion efforts in Poland and Baltic countries, focusing on the indirect market segment. The main objective of the role is to develop and implement a tailored business development strategy focused on indirect channels such as distributors, dealers and contractors to effectively penetrate the market.
You would also:
• Targeting customers across various industries and market segments.
• Promote the range of Sectional Overhead Doors (Dynaco) and Docking Systems (Hafa) working closely with the ASM in charge of the same territory for those two product lines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, and other influencers to drive demand and increase market share.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales and promotional campaigns tailored to the needs and preferences of indirect customers. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the indirect market segment and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide training, support, and resources to our indirect partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and marketing capabilities, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical business development, channel management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry with a proven track record of successfully managing indirect sales channels and driving revenue growth through distributor and dealer networks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Polish need to be the native language, and English is a must.
