What you would do as our Area Sales Manager Middle East, EMEA and India

As our Area Sales Manager Middle East, EMEA and India, you would be responsible for driving growth and reinforcing Dynaco’s position across the Middle East, wider Middle East region, and India. The role focuses on managing and developing existing dealer accounts while expanding the dealer network to support long-term business growth.

 

You would also:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealers to expand the sales network.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and partners in the Middle East, MEA, and India.

• Ensure dealers are supported with product knowledge, commercial tools, and sales training.

• Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets, collaborate with technical and service teams to support distributors on product installation and maintenance.

• Conduct regular visits to partners to foster collaboration and identify new opportunities.

 

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial equipment or building products.

• Experience working with indirect sales channels (dealers/distributors) is mandatory.

• Knowledge of the Middle East and/or MEA markets; experience in India is a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
