The Role
Acquisition Integration & Onboarding
- Serve as the primary billing liaison for all acquisition integration activities.
- Work closely with Integration Managers to onboard acquired companies into ASSA ABLOY’s billing and reporting structure.
- Conduct introductions, kickoff meetings, and onboarding sessions with new partners.
- Provide hands-on training covering billing systems, reporting processes, forecasting expectations, and documentation standards.
- Guide new teams through daily billing workflows, ensuring understanding of procedures, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor progress throughout the earn‑out period and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of AAES processes.
- Light travel may be required for onsite onboarding, training sessions, or integration support.
Billing & Operational Support
- Act as a backup biller for service invoicing teams during PTO, vacancies, or high-volume billing cycles.
- Assist with month-end processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Support documentation reviews, reconciliations, and system updates as needed.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Integration Managers, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to maintain alignment throughout onboarding.
- Assist with developing and refining onboarding materials, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Respond promptly to questions from newly integrated partners and internal stakeholders.
Other Duties
- Support special projects related to acquisitions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing operations, or related administrative/financial roles.
- Strong understanding of service billing processes and documentation requirements.
- Ability to train, guide, and support external teams with clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
