Product Specialist

 

The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in the development, marketing, and support of our products. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, market knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure the success of our products in the marketplace. The Product Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product initiatives from conception to launch and care.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                               

  1. Product Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to inform product development and optimization strategies.
  1. Product Development Support:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to define product requirements, features, and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback.
    • Provide input on product design, functionality, and user experience to ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  1. Product Marketing:
    • Assist in the creation of product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Co-develop marketing collateral such as product datasheets, presentations, and sales tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
    • Support product launches and promotional campaigns by coordinating with Project Managers, R&D, Production, Marketing and Sales.
  1. Customer Support and Training:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers, providing deep product knowledge and understanding of the entire process (Order-to-installed)
    • Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  1. Product Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product sales, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
    • Generate reports and analysis to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
