Credit Shared Services Team Lead

Credit Shared Services Team Lead is responsible for assisting the overall credit Shared Service function through reporting, analysis, and administration support provided to the credit and collection team. Credit Shared Services Team Lead role has a focus on continuous process improvement and department efficiency within our credit support function.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
· Oversee, participate, and distribute the Shared Service Operations workflow
· Perform key reporting analysis for various credit team metrics
· Work closely with Manager Credit Shared Services on data & analysis for department improvement and process automation.
· Assist with coordination and maintaining reporting cadence to listed sources
· Recommend process enhancements and efficiencies while ensuring adherence to documented SLA’s
· Perform ad hoc reporting as requested by credit and finance leadership
· Assist with key vendor relationships
· Communicate regularly with all levels of Credit and Finance teams
· Crosstrain teammates and dedicate/shift resources to ensure Shared Service performance

· Execution of set operational process
· Timely management and execution of department SLA’s
· Excellent & timely communication to maximize customer experience
Experience/Skills/Abilities
· Analytical financial skills
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Organizational and Interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle stress successfully, manage time and multi-task
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
· Computer software skills (Windows, Office, Excel)
· Understanding of KPI’s and performance metrics
· Ability to work as a team
