Cash Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Daily, pull bank and credit card payment details.
• Research payments to accurately identify correct customers.
• Post incoming payments to the correct open A/R.
• Timely, research misapplied payments across the company.
• Make proper adjustments in a timely manner.
• Assist internal and external customers in request associated with cash.
• Create and send cash total reports on a daily basis.

ACADEMIC PROFILE: High school diploma (required)

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

• Two to four years high volume Cash Application experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while working in a time sensitive environment.
• Proven strong customer focus with experience in a role working with multiple personalities.

• Computer ability: Outlook, Word, Excel.
