Shipping/Receiving Clerk
The Mississauga Warehouse is considering candidates for a Shipper/Receiver position.
The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for overseeing inventories to ensure accuracy and availability for the Service and DA Teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintaining daily count schedule and updating Baan with count adjustments as needed (some part numbers may be stored in multiple locations)
- Verifying quoted order locations for approved service quotes as needed
- Update the OneNote pages to advise of parts readiness
- Update the OneNote pages to advise of parts needing to be ordered
- Maintaining inventory part number Location spreadsheet
- Submit parts restocking purchase orders with the factory
- Maintaining the parts room neat and well organized
- Maintaining the warehouse neat and well organized and safe
- Performing receiving duties of various materials and glass (will require obtaining forklift certification)
- Verifying accuracy of Baan inventory when deemed necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Self-motivated with desire to learn and make improvements
- Quality conscious with high degree of accuracy
- Must have at least one year of experience working in manufacturing environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must have some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
