Shipping and Receiving
We are seeking a Shipper/Receiver Employee to join our team in our Mississauga Office. To serve our customers better each and every day we need great people. Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipping for outbound freight including paperwork
- Receive incoming parts and finished goods in the company software
- Check incoming parts and finished goods, check for quantity and part# accuracy
- Make sure all the incoming parts and finished goods are labelled with our part#, Purchase order received and parts and finished goods are put away in a timely manner
- Maintain parts location inside and outside the cage
- Responsible for inventory transfers in the system
- Create ST/OT transactions in the system
- Coordinate with service and package and ship quoted job parts
- Coordinate with service and stage quoted job parts
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, keep the warehouse organized
- Process walk-in customer SM parts orders
- Use snap pay to process customer’s credit card payment
- May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals
- Participation in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, or his/her designate.
Qualifications:
- JDE knowledge
- Outlook, Microsoft word and excel knowledge
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to, work independently
- You must be a service-oriented individual with good written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and maintain performance in changing work environment
- Effective interpersonal skills required
- High School diploma or equivalent
