品管初級專員

【工作內容】

此職位負責採購與物流相關作業，包括但不限於: 

• 執行進料、製程及成品品質檢驗作業。
• 依據圖面、規格書及檢驗標準進行產品量測與檢驗。
• 使用各項量測儀器進行尺寸與品質確認，確保產品符合品質要求。
• 記錄檢驗結果，製作品質檢驗報告及相關文件。
• 異常品判定、標示、追蹤及回報，並協助分析品質問題原因。
• 配合生產、工程及相關部門進行品質改善活動。
• 維護量測設備及檢驗工具之使用與保養。
• 遵循公司品質管理制度及標準作業程序（SOP）。
• 主管交辦之其他品質相關工作事項。

專業能力

• 熟悉品質檢驗流程及品質觀念。
• 能操作各項量測工具與檢驗設備，包括：
  • 游標卡尺（Vernier Caliper）
  • 千分尺（Micrometer）
  • 高度規（Height Gauge）
  • 2.5D量測儀
• 具備圖面判讀能力（機械加工、電子零件或相關產業圖面）。
• 熟悉產品尺寸量測及檢測作業。
• 具備基本電腦文書能力（Excel、Word）。
• 能完成檢驗紀錄、品質報表及相關文件製作。

加分條件

• 具製造業或品管相關工作經驗。
• 熟悉 ISO 9001、IATF 16949 或其他品質管理系統。
• 具備品質異常分析與改善經驗。
• 熟悉 SPC、MSA、QC七大手法等品質工具。
• 持有品質管理相關證照者尤佳。
