Ceco Door (an ASSA ABLOY company) is hiring a Product Data Management Analyst to expand our team. This role will be based on-site and based out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, Tennessee.

What would you do as our Product Data Management Analyst?

The PDM Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of product data within the ERP systems used by AADG.  This includes creating and maintaining item master records, bills of material (COMs), routings, pricing data, and more.

 

 

You would also:

  • Collect required data necessary for new items set up or changes to existing products including Finished Goods, Component Items, Phantoms and Raw Materials.
  • Configure and maintain product data (Item Master, BOMs, Routings, etc.) in JD Edwards and Mac Pac ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Scheduling, Accounting, and IT to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the development and optimization of BOM structure strategy across departments.
  • Maintain and evolve the product data management strategy, processes, and supporting tools.
  • Conduct regular product data audits in coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting.
  • Establish governance and maintenance guidelines for the Item Master and BOM attributes.
  • Participate in New Product Development (from R&D through launch) to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Develop and manage Work Instructions and documentation for business processes.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

 

The Skill and Experience you need:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Product Data Management user/trainer in a manufacturing/engineered product environment, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems; JD Edwards preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work well with people with varied requirements and compressed schedules.
  • Ability to review processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
