The Ceco Team is growing and to support that growth, we are looking to add an experienced IT Business Analyst to our Team.

This role will be based onsite in our Milan, Tennessee manufacturing location.

What you would do as our IT Business Analyst?

You will ensure that business processes and supporting systems meet the ongoing needs of the business while acting as a critical link between stakeholders and developers—analysing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive efficiency and innovation.

 

You will also:

Analyze and document business processes and system requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  •  Support testing, implementation, and evaluation of new systems and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and IT consultants.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

 

The skills and experience you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, software documentation, and functional testing.
  • Solid technical foundation with understanding of software and web technologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to evaluate systems and processes for performance, stability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques and documentation practices
