Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

 

As Global eCommerce Specialist in Vingcard, you will have the opportunity to work proactively to further evolve and grow our eCommerce initiatives together with local business managers, the global team as well as end-customers.

 

Reporting to the Global eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our global ecommerce platform and Business Partner Portal, ensuring streamline operations across multiple countries.  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure implementation of the organization’s global eCommerce strategy

 

  • Act as our newly launched Business Partner Portal functional owner, validating changes before go-live, serving as main operational contact, tracking bugs, maintaining product marketing data, and delivering trainings on new functionalities

 

  • Coordinate, train, and support the eStore platform in countries with online presence across the Americas (North & South) and selected European countries

 

  • Build, maintain, and evolve eCommerce reporting using Power BI and Matomo

 

  • Analyse statistics and create monthly reports & follow up on KPI´s 

 

  • Create and maintain process documentation for eStore and SAP-related eCommerce flows

 

  • Coordinate translations, localized content updates, and deliver email campaigns for assigned markets

 

About you

 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ecommerce or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B ecommerce, and CMS platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento).
  • Experience of the below is a plus:

 

    • Adobe Commerce & ERP (AX-SAP) integrations
    • Web analytics (Matomo, Power BI etc.)
    • Basic graphic editing (Adobe InDesign & Photoshop)
    • PIM systems

 

  • You are a person with positive attitude, analytical with strong commercial focus and are pragmatic and hands on. You are action, result-oriented and know how to prioritize. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working Hours: Primary working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET) Flexibility and availability to attend meetings across various time zones as required.
  • Work Location: Based in Barcelona, this position offers flexible location options with the ability to work remotely. Some office presence may be required, but we provide the flexibility for on-site work according to personal preference and team needs.

 

Language skills

 

  • English and Spanish (fluent orally and written)

 

  • Additional languages are a plus
