End User Business Manager

Summary
As our End User Business Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Developing and scheduling the deployment of required Named End-user programs to address individual End-user needs.
• Identifying and understanding the business models of the Named End-user accounts as it relates to security.
• Cooperating and coordinating with company internal technical resources and project teams to effectively communicate the expansion / transition to future technology.
• Interfacing, collaborating, and communicating effectively with other departments and business units/functional groups addressing the end-user in support of HID Global goals.
• Maintaining a high degree of product knowledge, more on the spectrum/benefit/road map level.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Providing educational/awareness briefings and trainings for End-users to reinforce HID Global role as a “Trusted Advisor”.
• Attending applicable industry tradeshows, meetings, and other HID internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity.
• Providing timely and accurate monthly status report of group activities and progress using including product mix, timelines for delivery and revenue contribution.
• Cooperating with end user marketing for end user focused tools such as, developing whitepapers, brochures, web presence, speaker engagements, end user events, and “lead” nurturing new customers moving from physical access to digital mobile technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Understanding and experience with the end user corporate culture, environment, and decision processes.
• Strong knowledge of consultant community requirements and tools related to this vertical.
• Demonstrated sales and business development in meeting and increasing sales revenue targets.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in projects supporting cloud-based platform and services is strongly desired.
• Access control solutions and related technologies are a big plus.
• Minimum 5 years of related Business Development experience in Banking, High Education, Industrial and Commercial Real Estate markets highly preferred.
Language Skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Portuguese language is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. in all involved languages.
Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of Sales Force
Work Environment

• The employee will work primarily in a home office environment.
• The home office must be a well-defined work area, separate from normal domestic activity and complete with all essential technology including, but not limited to; separate phone, scanner, printer, computer, etc. as required to effectively perform their duties.
Work Requirements
• Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
• Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, the employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired (MEXICO).
