HID’s EAT Sales Department: 

Driven by years of innovation, the Extended Access Technologies (EAT) business unit, within HID Global, offers a broad range of biometric technologies that benefit any transaction requiring irrefutable proof of identity — such as access control, customer onboarding, fraud prevention, loss prevention, time and attendance, forensic investigation, background checks, border security and government benefit issuance. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the business with a focus on new customer acquisition and new market development.


As our Business Development Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Seeking out and sourcing new clients by independently identifying, developing, and networking with relevant resources for sales and business development.
  • Assessing new verticals for the sales organization in LAM to identify what problems EAT technology could solve and how
  • Scoping go-to-market strategies and support pilot efforts for new business initiatives.
  • Becoming an expert in the portfolio of Extended Access Technology (EAT) products and services to effectively represent HID in the assigned market.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate data on customer accounts and other information on the company databases and systems.
  • Learning and applying the established procedures for Sales cycle and Upper Management reports.

 

What we will love about your background: 

  • Sales experience, preferably in the Critical Infrastructure Market and Public Sector with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Proven track record of building strong end-user relationships, with the ability to gather market intelligence to clearly understand customer needs and then advocate solutions that clearly meet or exceed them.
  • Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.

 

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Preferred knowledge in Identity & Security Market like Biometric Authentication, Facial Recognition and Secure Credentials (RFID).
  • Experience qualifying and selling technology solutions to public and private sectors in Mexico.
