ASSA ABLOY is looking to add a Regional Key Account Representative to the team. This will be an on-site role based out of our regional manufacturing facility or Service Center located in either Mesquite, Texas or Orlando, Florida. 

 

What would you do as our Regional Key Account Representative?

You will act as the single point of contact for new and existing customers within your region. You will develop and build relationships with key strategic customers and take the time to review and understand customer insights, pain points and opportunities to grow the business, while making the experience for the customer as seamless as possible.

 

You would also:  

  • Build and develop relationships with existing and newly added customers ensuring they understand the full suite of products, programs, marketing initiatives and services.
  • Provide quick quotes and quote follow up to close additional business
  • Interact and correspond with customers and all applicable internal departments to provide up to date and timely information in response to inquiries about quotes, orders, deliveries, and products.
  • Leverage our systems to access and analyze customer data to determine pain points, drive improvement, improve communications, and overall customer experience.
  • Address questions and concerns promptly to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the ASSA ABLOY DSS Team to maximize the growth of key strategic accounts.
  • Lead and hold monthly pulse calls with key accounts and appropriate functional areas.
  • Educate yourself and stay abreast of industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to improve job knowledge.
  • Help to train and on-board Customer Service Representatives
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.
  • Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees
  • Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

 

 

The Skills and Experience you need:

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years related work experience.
  • Excellent project management solving, organizational, follow-up and a high comfort level balancing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated monthly reporting of activity and sales growth.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 
  • Possess the ability to work well in a team atmosphere, as well as independently.
  • Proficient computer skills including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Access or Project a plus 
  • Travel locally or long-distance minimum 25% of the time
