We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team on a permanent full-time basis


About The Role

Reporting to the SVP & Head of Business Excellence, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating and maintaining employee-facing content that supports business priorities, organisational initiatives and culture activities across the Pacific and North East Asia region

This role is suited to a talented content specialist who enjoys crafting engaging content, simplifying complex information and helping employees access relevant information through effective digital channels. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to develop content that is clear, relevant and aligned with organisational priorities


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop employee-facing content for initiatives, culture activities and updates
  • Researching, writing, editing and publishing content across intranet, email and digital platforms
  • Turn business information into clear, engaging content with stakeholders
  • Prepare articles, announcements, presentations, briefings and resources
  • Maintaining content calendars, publishing schedules and content plans aligned to business priorities
  • Support projects and change initiatives with content and materials
  • Update intranet and content platforms so information stays current
  • Use feedback and insights to improve content and employee experience

 


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in digital content, publishing or a similar content-focused role
  • Strong writing and editing skills across different audiences
  • Ability to simplify complex business information into accessible content
  • Experience creating content for intranet, email, presentations and digital channels
  • Strong stakeholder management across functions and business units
  • Strong planning skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools
