Responsibilities:

• Ensuring production continuity
• Ensuring on-time deliveries of finished products
• Seeking savings
• Extending payment terms
• Improving logistics performance, i.e., cost optimization
• Issuing warehouse documents
• Entering data into the system
• Organizing the transport of finished products and collaborating with external carriers

Requirements:

• Higher education or currently studying (technical fields preferred)
• Minimum one year of experience in a production facility with a similar profile in the Logistics, Warehouse, or Purchasing Department. Ability to read technical documentation
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers
• Knowledge of transport documentation and customs regulations
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel
• Knowledge of Access and Raks SQL is a plus
• Communicative English
• Quality-oriented
• Desire to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team
• Driving license category B
