Export Specialist

Location: Warka ul. Gośniewska 43

 

Commercial and technical advice on DONIMET products and comprehensive handling of the process of execution and shipment of orders to contractors from and outside the EU.

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

  •  Implementation of sales plans
  •  Establishing and maintaining good relationships with foreign contractors
  •  Current and post-sales service of orders from export customers
  •  Supervision of the implementation of production orders (close cooperation with the Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality departments)
  •  Preparing price offers in foreign languages
  •  Commercial and technical advice on DONIMET products
  •  Maintaining documentation related to the intra-Community supply of goods and export outside the EU
  •  Monitoring payments from foreign contractors
  •  Updating export price lists
  •  Recognizing and creating customer needs

 

Key competencies:

  • Knowledge of English (at least level B1)
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of international trade rules and export procedures
  • Ability to read technical drawings preferred
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the RAKS system
  • Soft skills (communication, ability to work in a team, initiative/entrepreneurship, stress resistance, good work time organization)
