Curries, an ASSA ABLOY company, is looking for a Frame Production Coordinator to join our team. This is an on-site position supporting frame production scheduling and process optimization at our manufacturing facility located in Mason City, Iowa.

What would you do as our Frame Production Coordinator?
You’ll manage scheduling for frame cells, coordinate coil sequencing, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. You’ll also provide backup support for the Production Control Manager and help maintain smooth operations.

 

You would also:

  • Manage scheduling of frame cells for efficient manufacturing
  • Sequence coil runs and order label tags
  • Complete and distribute Excel reports to appropriate stakeholders
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization to assess and implement improvement opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste
  • Cross-train and provide backup for the Production Control Manager
  • Work weekends as needed
  • Special assignments as required

 

The Skills and Experience You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in supply chain, business, or manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of frame manufacturing processes
  • Ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
  • Experience in continuous improvement and variable manufacturing environments preferred
  • Production scheduling knowledge helpful
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
