The Role
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to join our Wellington team. We are looking for a sales professional with a demonstrable history of success in matching clients’ needs to a business’s offering – delivering benefits for clients and the business alike.
The established Wellington team is looking to grow its client base and to provide more innovative solutions to its existing broad base of customers – this role will lead the sales charge and take responsibility for the overall performance of the Wellington Business.

As the Wellington Business Development Manager, you will:
· Develop, execute, and refine the Wellington sales strategy to deliver on revenue targets.
· Ensure the Duffett Doors range of Products and Services are presented to existing and prospective clients in a comprehensive manner that clearly illustrates the benefits of working with Duffett Doors.
· Be the face of Duffett Doors in Wellington and lead networking opportunities in the area.
· Deliver growth in the number of clients we deal with; the value we represent to them and the value they represent to us.
· Lead and provide support to the experienced Operational and Client Support teams in Wellington.
· Continue to foster a customer first, team aligned approach to meeting and exceeding our existing, and prospective client’s needs.
· Demonstrate a commitment to the well being of our clients and our own people.
