Service Relationship Manager
Service Relationship Manager
Malmö, Sweden | Hybrid
Help shape how IT services are adopted across a global organisation.
At ASSA ABLOY, you’ll play a key role in strengthening IT Service Management (ITSM) adoption across Group IT and divisional IT teams. You’ll connect people, align ways of working, and ensure ITIL-based service management practices are embedded into real operational environments.
This is a role for someone who enjoys service delivery improvement, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration — and who knows how to turn structure into action.
Why this role matters
This role sits at the intersection of people, processes, and communication.
You’ll act as the link between the Service Management Office and IT service delivery teams, ensuring that expectations are clear, feedback flows, and improvements are continuously driven forward.
This is where engagement meets execution — and where your influence makes a visible difference.
The role
You will be responsible for enabling strong alignment across IT teams by driving communication, collaboration, and adoption of service management ways of working.
Rather than owning technical systems, your focus is on people, processes, and engagement — ensuring that ITSM practices are not only defined, but actively used and improved.
You will work closely with service owners, IT operations, and divisional IT stakeholders to strengthen how service management is experienced in practice.
What you’ll work on
- Strengthen IT Service Management (ITSM) adoption across Group IT and divisional IT
- Support implementation and alignment of ITIL practices (e.g. service level management, continual improvement)
- Drive service delivery alignment between teams, processes, and expectations
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and cross-team engagement sessions
- Support onboarding of teams into common service management frameworks and ways of working
- Collect feedback and contribute to continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives
- Improve communication flow between SMO, IT operations, and business-facing IT teams
What will help you succeed
- Experience or strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks
- Background in service delivery, IT operations coordination, or ITSM support roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to influence and drive engagement without formal authority
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or cross-team collaboration
