Service Delivery Manager PAM
Senior IAM Enterprise Administrator, ASSA ABLOY, Malmö, Sweden.
The IAM – Identity access management team - is currently recruiting a qualified Enterprise Administrator with an SDM (Service Delivery Manager) role and a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM) technologies, specifically expert skills in Active Directory, Azure AD, and other depending services for our business. As an Enterprise Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT systems and infrastructure are working optimally and that users have access to the tools and services they need to perform their work efficiently. You will also play an important role in implementing new technical solutions and improving existing systems to meet the company's business goals.
You will also be an influential and tech-savvy team member who seeks to be part of our modernization journey. You need to be a Senior with at least five years’ of experience.
This role is located at the ASSA ABLOY Global Shared Services Center in Malmö Sweden. Occasional international travel will occur.
You will work in close collaboration with the whole IAM team and great people in our tech and business functions. The hire will include communicating and developing of the service together with Enterprise IT. The position requires that you have experience in IAM systems and IAM processes and concepts such as access provisioning, RBAC, Access Management, PAM Platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company's IAM-related IT systems.
- Implement new technical solutions and improve existing systems to increase the company's productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and availability and take action to ensure high availability and stability.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Manage user permissions and security measures for the company's IT systems, with a focus on Identity Access Management from a security perspective.
- Demonstrate enterprise-level skills in IAM technologies, including expert skills in Active Directory, Azure AD, and other depending services to IAM.
- Manage the service delivery team to ensure that all services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage service delivery escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service delivery performance and metrics.
Your profile
- Senior – at least five years’ experience
- Experience working at an enterprise company
- High knowledge of identity and access architecture best practices.
- High Knowledge of Azure and M365
- Knowledge about the federation concept
- Knowledge about the PKI concept
- Identity governance
- Understanding of general IT security concepts
- Knowledge about roles and authorization structures
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in IT services or consulting is preferred
- ITIL certification is a plus
