Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Global Applications team in Malmö, Sweden.

In this role, you will take a leading part in developing new applications and enhancing existing solutions used across ASSA ABLOY's global business. You will work with technologies such as .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL, and Microsoft Azure, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and functions.

What you will do as our Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving applications and services that support our global business. You will work closely with colleagues across development, support, and business functions to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

You would also:

• Participate in daily operations and strategic digital transformation initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our application landscape.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications, services, and platforms using technologies such as Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL, MS Windows, Visual Studio, and related tools.
• Develop, maintain, and support application platforms and their underlying infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and required maintenance activities.
• Identify and drive improvement and automation opportunities, taking ownership from idea and solution design through implementation and documentation in line with best practices.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, development teams, business users, and business analysts to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Architect, design, build, and implement application platforms and services, while delivering new functionality and enhancements for internal customers.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related issues, coordinate defect resolution across teams, and support the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and documentation of application platforms.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and modern application development.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and working across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English and Swedish.

You are a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented developer who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into practical, scalable solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile environments is important, and you bring curiosity, initiative, and a genuine passion for learning new technologies and approaches.

Experience working in enterprise-scale environments, setting up Azure infrastructure and cloud environments, and using tools such as Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow is considered an advantage. Most importantly, you are someone who can navigate complex technical challenges, balance technical excellence with business needs, and contribute ideas that improve both our technology and the way we work.
