What would you do as our Organizational Change Manager 

ASSA ABLOY is going through a huge change in End User Services where we are running an extensive EUS Transformation program with the aim to improve User Experience, Security and Operational Efficiency. In the role as Organizational Change Manager, you will play an important part in making this change a success. 

You will play a crucial role in managing change initiatives, ensuring that our employees embrace and effectively utilize new systems, processes, and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement, ultimately driving successful project outcomes. 

 

You would also: 

  • Plan, investigate and execute the EUS Change Management Plan in cooperation with the selected Service Provider and assigned resources within the ASSA ABLOY Divisions. 

  • Keep close dialogues with the Divisional Leads in the EUS Transformation program and their appointed change managers. 

  • support the design and delivery of training programs within the EUS Transformation program. 

  • Collaborate with project managers, IT leaders, and stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance to change. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices related to change management within the organization. 

 

The skills and experience you need  
We are looking for someone who:  

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Has proven experience (3+ years) in Organizational Change Management, preferably within the IT industry and in a large- or mid-sized global organization. 

  • Has strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices, such as Prosci or ADKAR. 

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

 

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) would be beneficial.
