What would you do as our Organization Change Manager
As Change Manager within the Global PMO and Transformation Office, you will be the first dedicated change professional in the function, with a unique opportunity to shape and embed change management practices across a global project portfolio. The role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working delivered through projects are successfully understood, adopted and sustained in the business.
Working closely with project managers, sponsors and senior stakeholders, you will integrate structured change activities into project delivery from early planning through implementation and adoption. You will help assess change impact, drive stakeholder engagement, support communication and training efforts, and monitor readiness and adoption to reduce risk and increase the likelihood of successful outcomes.
This is a highly visible role with broad reach across the organization, acting as a trusted partner to both PMO and business stakeholders while building a strong, scalable foundation for change management in a global environment.
The role reports to the Global PMO Manager.
You would also:
- Establish and embed a standardized change management framework, including methods, tools, and templates across the PMO.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication by identifying impacted groups, assessing change impact, and driving awareness and buy-in together with project managers and sponsors.
- Assess organizational readiness and change risks, partnering with project managers to proactively address adoption challenges.
- Enable successful adoption through training strategies, support materials, and a strong change-supportive environment for end users.
- Integrate change activities into project delivery and track adoption metrics, reporting progress and recommending corrective actions to leadership.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of hands-on experience in change management within project-driven or transformation environments, including change initiatives related to IT solutions (required).
- Experience working in global organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with established change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA).
This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across functions, cultures, and seniority levels. The successful candidate is a confident communicator who can translate complex change initiatives into clear, relatable messages for both leadership and end users. They are influential and diplomatic, capable of gaining buy-in and managing resistance without relying on formal authority. A structured and proactive mindset is essential, as the role involves balancing multiple initiatives while keeping a strong focus on people and adoption. The person will also need to be collaborative and adaptable, comfortable in dynamic environments, and naturally inclined to act as a positive driver of change and continuous improvement.
