It involves product-, and service development, operations, maintenance and third-line support. The Junior Program Manager will work on projects within the Mechanical team, and the Alarms and Surveillance team.

  • Working with marketing on packaging, instructions, product branding and launch materials.
  • Securing that the programs can progress smoothly, on-time and with a managed scope.
  • Work to identify dependencies, inter-dependencies and to resolve and/or mitigate (in-time) accordingly.
  • Work across geographically distributed development organizations
  • Participate in sharing experience and advice among the program management office peers.
  • In general, represent Yale internally to ASSA ABLOY and externally to partners and stakeholders.

We strive to create a culture based on our core values: empowerment, innovation and integrity, and to remain ahead of competition and bring new products to market in a fast and cost-effective way.
