What you will do as our Information Security Incident Process Manager

This role involves working closely with Group Legal, Innovation, and Product Compliance teams, as well as ASSA ABLOY divisions, to lead the implementation of cross-functional management and response processes. You will forge strong alliances across the Group and divisions to ensure effective security incident management processes, aligning with upcoming regulatory requirements. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated individual with expertise in process definition, implementation, monitoring, and improvement, crucial for enhancing ASSA ABLOY's incident management capabilities. You would also:

  • Manage and improve established incident response plans and processes for relevant business functions.
  • Build, release, and measure the success of required training materials.
  • Measure and improve incident management processes, considering upcoming regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise Information security incident process operations, including defining, reporting, and improving KPIs for process maturity and operation.
  • Drive incident review processes with relevant business functions and manage Information Security Exemption process.

The qualifications and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Master's or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in process improvement and implementation within a global organization, with leadership experience in global information security or IT service and support organizations
  • Experience with process management platform ServiceNow and understanding of legal, information security, and privacy frameworks
  • Any certifications in IT, security, compliance, project management, or process modeling are a plus.
  • Committed and creative personality with a hands-on mentality, fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

The ideal candidate possesses the capability to lead teams effectively in ambiguous situations, relying on influence rather than authority, while demonstrating exceptional communication skills and an analytical approach to solving complex challenges. They exhibit outstanding organizational abilities, adept prioritization skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
