What you would do as our Identity and Access Governance Manager
As our Identity and Access Governance Manager, you will be a key driver for our global identity processes, IT access management services, and Information Security's ISMS compliance.
You would also:

  • Lead the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) roadmap into the future.
  • Align with Business, HR, and IT to establish cross-functional processes.
  • Drive change by designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration processes.
  • Establish role-based access models under the principles of “least privilege” and “need to know” at the enterprise level.
  • Monitore IGA processes, including applications and systems, and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
  • Establish monitoring, facilitating assessments, audits, and certification activities for IGA compliance controls, as well as IGA reporting with business-relevant KPIs and KRIs.

 

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Has several years of professional experience in IGA and service solutions (e.g., OKTA, Sailpoint, OneIdentity, Omada) in an enterprise environment.
  • Possesses knowledge of business role and access modeling in enterprise organizations.
  • Is capable of designing, developing, and deploying IGA processes within both on-premise and cloud-based environments for enterprise, B2B, and B2C settings.
  • Has a committed, self-motivated, and creative personality with a hands-on mentality.
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is an asset.
  • Understands Information Security control frameworks and regulatory compliance demands; certification is a plus.

Ideally, you would also have knowledge of Microsoft AD and AZURE AD Identity and Access Management Services and compliance monitoring capabilities, as well as identity provider services and integrations from Google, Apple, Meta, and others.
