What you would do as our Group Information Security Risk Manager

The Group Information Security Risk manager is a key role of ASSA ABLOYs strategy to strengthen the organizations cyber resilience. The position will report to ASSA ABLOYs Group Information Security Manager and will be accountable for the group Cyber Risk program. The role will build strong alliance with all functions and divisions of the organization to help in the process of identifying, analyzing, quantifying and treatment of risks.

A talented and self-motivated person, inviting and collaborating with business functions for the handling of cyber risks and transforming these into controls will find in this position a perfect place for success.

 

You would also:

• Enhance group cyber risk governance in ASSA ABLOY Group and build group cyber risk management culture and methodologies.

• Host the cyber risk board and maintain group cyber risk register.

• Establish and execute cyber risk management with group business functions and build and maintain cyber risk reporting towards stakeholder groups.

• Collaborate with compliance to anchor risk corridor in ISMS.

• Defination, monitoring and reporting of Key Risk indicators and relevant Key performance indicators.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber security or similar and has background in Information Security, Risk Management, IT auditing or Cyber security with high integrity and technical knowledge about security controls that protect our company against identified risks from a multi-national, complex, or highly regulated environment.

• Has fluency in English and Swedish as an added advantage.

• Has certifications such as ISO 27001 Auditor or Lead Implementer, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP can be of advantage and experience with Microsoft security applications and features is of advantage and knowledge and experience of working internationally known standards within Information Security such as ISO27000-series, SOC2, NIST frameworks and similar.

• Has knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft 365 security features, Microsoft Purview and ServiceNow platforms.

• Is proactive and detail-oriented individual, has excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey security concepts to non-technical staff and has strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and analytical skills.
