What you would do as our Group Information Security Resilience Specialist

We are looking for an Information Security Resilience Specialist to take our cybersecurity resilience to the next level. In this role, you will be at the center of strengthening our ability to respond to and recover from cyber threats and disruptions. You will lead incident response efforts, oversee and improve business continuity planning, manage third-party security risks, and drive threat intelligence initiatives together with our Cybersecurity team.

 

Working closely with teams across the organization, you will embed resilience into everyday operations and help maintain a proactive security posture that keeps our business running smoothly – no matter what challenges arise. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about information security and business continuity who wants to make a real impact.

 

You will report to the Group Information Security Risk & Compliance Manager

 

 

You would also:

• Strengthen the organization’s ability to respond to and recover from cyber threats and disruptions.

• Lead our physical security efforts and improve our overall physical security baseline.

• Oversee and enhance business continuity planning across the organization.

• Manage third-party security risks and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Drive threat intelligence initiatives and embed resilience into everyday business operations.

 

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity (or similar) with a solid background in Information Security, Risk Management, IT Auditing, or Cybersecurity.

• Proven experience working in multi-national, complex, or highly regulated environments.

• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 27000 -series, or ISO 22301-series, SOC 2, NIST frameworks (ISO 27001 certification or CISM/CISA/CRISC/CISSP are a plus).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security features, Microsoft Purview, and ServiceNow platform.

• Fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage) and proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and other security tools.

 

We are looking for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain security concepts to non-technical colleagues. You thrive on solving complex problems with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and you can work just as effectively on your own as you do when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
