What you would do as our Full Stack Developer
As a Full-stack Developer, you have strong experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an interest in agile development. You have knowledge of AI applications and SQL databases. Your role involves working on integrations with customers and system suppliers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. At ASSA ABLOY, you'll handle technical challenges, collaborate with internal and external parties, and act as a technical anchor to deliver integrations, new functionality, and resolve issues. You'll also work on agile projects with cross-functional teams to ensure flexible solutions for our customers. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for providing technical support and escalating IT issues when necessary.

You would also:
•    Participate in daily operations and strategic digital transformation projects.
•    Develop solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and more, while maintaining supporting infrastructure.
•    Design, develop, and maintain application integrations and related services, following best practices.
•    Act as a problem solver and technical anchor in dialogues with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with teams to deliver new or modified functionality to customers and resolve system defects.
•    Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration errors, and document/manage current integrations.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for a candidate with:

•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.
•    Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, CSS, SQL, PowerShell, and API management technologies.
•    Knowledge of various integration design patterns.
•    Experience working collaboratively with backend and frontend developers, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
•    Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The ideal candidate has experience in web development and a passion for problem-solving. As a Front-end Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web applications in a DevOps setup, following best practices and accessibility standards. You'll modernize and enhance cloud system integrations while maintaining current applications. You are familiar with handling change using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow in an enterprise context. You thrive in a dynamic environment, working independently and taking initiative. A broad understanding of system solutions is essential, along with the ability to assess data, make risk assessments, and prioritize. You are communicative, structured, and fluent in English, with a proactive approach to finding the best solutions. You appreciate a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
