Cyber resilience isn’t built by tools alone — it’s built by ownership
Modern threats move fast.
Strong organisations stay ahead by designing security services that are trusted, scalable, and continuously improving.
At ASSA ABLOY, you step into a role where your expertise shapes how exposure management is designed, delivered, and evolved across a global enterprise. Your decisions directly influence how vulnerabilities are identified, prioritised, and reduced — protecting both people and business every day.
If you’re motivated by autonomy, clarity, and building services that genuinely make a difference, this is where your ownership creates visible impact.
Your role
Own. Shape. Strengthen.
As Cyber Security Service Owner for Exposure & Vulnerability Management, you own the end-to-end performance, evolution, and business value of our exposure management services globally. You lead through influence, clarity, and collaboration — creating services that teams trust and leaders rely on.
You will work closely with a skilled and committed group of engineers, architects and service delivery partners, while partnering with stakeholders across IT, security and the wider business.
You will:
• Own the full service lifecycle: Define, operate and continuously improve vulnerability scanning, cloud security posture management and penetration testing services.
• Shape the roadmap: Translate strategy into a clear service roadmap aligned with business priorities and cyber risk reduction.
• Ensure service excellence: Deliver stable, transparent and compliant services that meet agreed SLAs and operational expectations.
• Turn insight into action: Use performance data, KPIs and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.
• Build trusted partnerships: Act as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors, balancing security, cost, and usability.
• Strengthen resilience: Own operational readiness, change control, incident escalation and root cause follow-up to keep services reliable and mature.
What you bring
• Hands-on experience owning or operating cyber security services in complex IT environments, delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong expertise in exposure management, including vulnerability management platforms, cloud security posture management and penetration testing.
• A pragmatic, analytical mindset, comfortable translating technical data into prioritised actions and service improvements.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Security+ or CISSP (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluency in English, with a collaborative working style across international teams.
