Your Role
Lead. Influence. Deliver.
As a Service Delivery Manager within the Cyber Security field, you own how critical cyber security services are delivered, experienced, and improved across a global organisation. You thrive on making an impact through collaboration, clear communication, and solution-oriented leadership.
You will:
• Own the full service lifecycle: Define, manage, and continuously improve services in Vulnerability Management or Threat Intelligence.
• Ensure service excellence: Deliver reliable, transparent, business-aligned services that meet SLAs and evolve with priorities.
• Translate insight into action: Bridge technical teams and leadership, turning complex security findings into clear, actionable guidance.
• Influence, advise, and collaborate: Act as a trusted partner, balancing technical requirements with business goals, guiding decisions, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to manage risks and improve processes end-to-end.
What You Bring
• This role requires demonstrated professional experience in Cyber Security Service Delivery, with measurable improvements delivered.
• Experience in one or several areas such as Threat Intelligence, Endpoint Detection, Vulnerability Management or Incident Detection & Respose is highly valuable and understanding how these services drive business value.
• Solution-oriented and strategic mindset, balancing technical requirements, business priorities, and risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, confident working with senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Collaborative and influential style, guiding cross-functional teams and building trust.
• Pragmatic ITIL knowledge to improve service delivery without bureaucracy.
• Fluent in English.
