The Analytics Engineer integrates data from a wide range of sources, builds robust pipelines, develops semantic models, and delivers insightful dashboards and reports. The position requires a proactive and independent working style, strong technical proficiency in modern data platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business. Experience within financial analytics, especially involving ERP or EPM systems, is a strong advantage and supports deeper collaboration with finance stakeholders.

• Build, automate, and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric components such as Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Notebooks, and OneLake.

• Integrate and prepare data from diverse sources including cloud services, REST APIs, on-premises databases, and third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Define requirements and KPIs together with stakeholders, ensuring data governance, security, performance tuning, and adherence to analytical best practices.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain analytics workflows to secure high availability, data quality, and overall solution performance.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report development) and strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.

• Practical expertise with Microsoft Fabric components such as OneLake, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks.

• Experience integrating data through APIs and working with JSON/XML formats, alongside familiarity with Azure Data Services and general cloud concepts.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modeling, with experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Background in financial reporting or analytics involving ERP/EPM systems, enabling effective collaboration with finance stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication skills  in both English and Swedish and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for a wide range of stakeholders. The Analytics Engineer must be able to collaborate effectively across complex, cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with both technical and business counterparts.
