Office Coordinator

Full time, Monday thru Friday, in office, position providing customer service, data entry, accounting support, and general office skills to a growing company servicing the construction industry.

Position answers to Office Manager.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
  • Professionally respond to emails using proper etiquette, grammar and spelling
  • Establish, develop and maintain client relationships by always providing excellent customer service
  • Code and process invoices for payment, ensuring proper allocation of expenses
  • Create and submit customer invoices according to company practices.
  • Work closely with manager to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential customers.  Identify and monitor delinquent accounts.  Aid with prompt collection.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Effectively and courteously communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers
  • Actively promote the company and the value of its products and services

Qualifications:

  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Office products, ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet milestones and deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated and work well with little supervision
  • Problem solving ability integrated with high level of integrity

Experience desired:

  • 2+ years office experience
  • Account collections
