What you would do as our Technical and Integration Manager

We are searching for a talented Technical Manager to join our excellent team. You will initially work 50% of your time with the Spanish organisation and the other 50% with our Europe Technical Support Team most of whom are based in the UK. The Technical Director’s responsibilities include understanding project goals and developing plans and work schedules that will achieve them. You will also monitor and review processes and provide 2nd line support the team in resolving their customer issues.

 You should be able to work alongside different teams and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You would also:

  • Understanding written and verbal project briefs, and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets.
  • Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
  • Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members.
  • Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders as well as writing up reports and presenting findings to the relevant parties.
  • Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements in the field.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
  • A high school diploma may be acceptable.
  • A high technical aptitude.
  • Superb interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Spanish and English fluent

Ideally, you would also have commercial background to support and enhance our partners using our systems or integration, the ability of coding and knowledge of different software, excellent attention to detail and work comfortably in a highly dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task.
