Quality Assurance Lead, ASSA ABLOY Digital and Access Solutions, DAS EMEIA

Are you a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer eager to play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our collaborative Development Team at ASSA ABLOY Digital and Access Solutions, EMEIA, based in Mölnlycke, Sweden.

We are a team of curious, creative, and skilled developers, testers, and architects, working together to build the next generation of embedded products. In this role, you would collaborate closely with stakeholders across various products worldwide, contributing to our mission of helping people feel safe, secure, and connected in a more open world.

• Proven ability to lead a team of test engineers in planning, implementing, and executing automated tests aligned with product requirements, including system-level testing involving hardware.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, Linux, Windows, and GitLab CI/CD. Programming experience in C#, C, or C++ is a plus.
• Solid understanding and experience working with Agile development workflows.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus.
