Unlock the Future of Smart Homes
Every day, thousands of residents in Scandinavia rely on Aptus to get into their homes, book shared facilities, or connect with building management. You can help shape the technology that makes this effortless, secure, and smart.
Your Role – Build the Smart Access of Tomorrow
As a C# Software Engineer on the Aptus team, you’ll bring next-gen smart access solutions to life – connected door locks, mobile apps, and building management tools. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where building great solutions is a shared responsibility. Together with hardware engineers, product managers, and QA, you’ll contribute across the development lifecycle to deliver seamless, real-world solutions that people rely on every day.
What You Will Work On
- Innovate & Develop: Build smart features in C#.NET that simplify everyday life.
- Drive Change: Improve our CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for fast, reliable releases.
- Collaborate: Work side-by-side with Product, QA, and hardware teams, sharing ownership of solutions from idea to release.
- Deliver Quality: Write clean, testable code and provide constructive feedback in reviews.
- Solve Challenges: Identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through.
- Boost Efficiency: Automate processes and testing to make our platform faster and stronger.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Proven Builder: At least 3+ years developing software with strong C#.NET skills.
- Team-First Mindset: You enjoy collaborating across roles and take initiative to help move work forward – even when it means stepping outside your primary area of expertise.
- Modern Developer: Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
- Curious Mindset: Eager to explore new tools, frameworks, or technologies – extra points if you’ve dabbled in C++ or worked with Linux.
- Problem Solver: Take initiative, think ahead, and turn ideas into impact.
- Swedish-Savvy: While not required, familiarity with Swedish can help you thrive in our local team environment.
