What you would do as our Export Specialist
In this role, you will report directly to the commercial leader within the business unit while closely collaborating with Head of Business Development at BA level and the external export and "in-direct" sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal direct customers, such as Business Units in Senior Care, and external partners, acting as the liaison between the company and its clientele. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing and after-sales service to fulfil orders from export customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.


You would also:
•    Supervise the execution of export orders (close cooperation with the Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality departments)
•    Responsible to keep product/solution sales support material is updated and relevant for purpose and ensure that frequently asked questions are answered as part of update.
•    Provide answer commercial and technical advice to partners (direct or by coordinating expertise internally when really complex questions arise)
•    Recognize and communicate unmet customer needs internally
•    Sharing knowledge, transferring good practices and experience within the team

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
•    has a higher technical or commercial education
•    has technical intensive sales/support or product management
•    has international Sales Experience
•    has general Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
•    is proficient in English
•    is proficient in MS Office


We believe that you are passionate and hands-on about customers and curious to learn. You have experience with the process of breaking down technically complex solutions and products into understandable value propositions and material that can be translated and used by local partners. You act proactively and solve problems that arise in a way that prevents the same problem from arising again (i.e. if a question about a topic re-occurs you ensure that an effective way is found to prevent it from happening again).
