Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

 

As the Sales Manager of Self Storage Europe / UK within the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you drive sales within new and existing customer accounts by managing relationships, expanding individual sale sizes, and delivering value propositions.

 

Reporting to Managing Director of Self Storage Europe / UK, you will be responsible for managing top line growth of the business, focus on achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets its revenue goals. The Sales Manager Europe/ UK will concentrate on managing the sales process, coaching, and training the sales team, and optimizing sales strategies to maximize revenue.

  

What you will do…

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth avenues for diversification or expansion into new markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with industry associations and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Set performance targets for sales representatives and monitor their performance.
  • Set and manage budgets for marketing, sales, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Analyse sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set and manage budgets, monitor financial performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

 

 

What we expect of you…

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in an incentive based sales position required
  • Significant previous experience leading operational and/or sales teams. Experience in Self Storage or Security industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Business to Business & Business to Customer sales
  • Strong sales skills including negotiating and persuasion
  • Strong intrinsic desire to succeed
  • You will ideally be located in Wimbledon, United Kingdom
