What you would do as our Director of Product Marketing
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join the Marketing team and lead go‑to‑market execution for our Hospitality solutions, with a particular focus on our Vingcard brand. As the main brand within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Hospitality, Vingcard represents a core part of our portfolio. In this role, you will connect Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Services to ensure successful product positioning, launch excellence, and strong commercial messaging.
You would also be responsible for:
• Leading go‑to‑market planning and execution with Product Management, driving product launches, readiness processes, stakeholder alignment, and lifecycle management.
• Translating product strategy, features, and purpose into clear value propositions, USPs, key selling points, and effective marketing and sales messaging.
• Creating core product marketing content, including messaging frameworks, value stories, positioning, presentation skeletons, product descriptions, and launch materials, and supporting Creative in finalizing assets.
• Defining processes and creating a unified framework across our product ranges to elevate the product launch, commercial, and go‑to‑market activities, while supporting Regional Sales and Global Accounts with product materials and expertise for key opportunities.
• Evangelizing product messaging internally and externally, providing ongoing product expertise to Marketing and delivering training to ensure consistent understanding across audiences.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong understanding of product marketing and go-to-market processes.
• Ability to bridge technical product understanding and commercial storytelling.
• Structured, clear communication skills with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and services teams.
• Fluent in English.
