Dock Products Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Maintain and update ship dates within ERP
  • Enter costs on OH purchase orders and service orders from outside customers.
  • Review orders for pricing accuracy and tax compliance prior to invoicing.
  • File completed orders after invoicing.
  • Create purchase orders for suppliers and receive purchase orders for parts and new equipment.
  • Receive and ship-confirm installation purchase orders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service, inventory, and outbound freight matters as required.
  • Maintain master files and add new parts as needed.
  • Perform item master maintenance, including adding or updating items.
  • Maintain pricing schedules and process additions or changes for service and parts pricing.
  • Prepare and provide reports as required.
  • Compare service order records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support when required.
  • Promote the company's operational vision, values, and goals.
  • Participate in training and team initiatives that support continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or their designate.
  • Responsibilities may be reasonably modified to meet business needs.

 

Qualifications

  • JD Edwards (JDE) experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain performance in a changing work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
