Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Dock Products Canada Inc. in London Office Ontario.

Responsibilities:
• Enter incoming orders into JDE
• Maintain ship dates in JDE
• Enter cost on OH purchase orders and our SF orders from Dallas’s SOC’S
• Check orders for price history and tax before going to invoicing
• File orders after they have been invoiced
• Create P.O’s for suppliers, receive P.O. for parts and new equipment
• Receive and ship confirm installations PO’s
• When required be the person of contact for Customer Service/Inventory/Outbound Freight
• Master file maintenance, add new parts when required
• Item master maintenance – add or change items
• Price detail schedule – additions or changes for service and parts
• Provide reports are required
• Dallas’s SH list – compare SH with Canada SF
• When required answer customer inquiries
• Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals
• Participation in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, or his/her designate.
• Reasonable changes could be made to duties when required
Qualifications:
• JD Edwards experience preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and maintain performance in changing work environment
• Effective interpersonal / communication skills required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively manage conflict, foster good team and inter-department relations
• High School diploma
