Handle import and export shipment

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with 3PL for daily logistic and warehouse operation.
• Handle import and export shipments, manage inbound and outbound orders and documentations among different countries and customs.
• Support Yale Smart Shop & handle customers enquiries
• Assist in claim process for documents from warehouse or carrier when we need to claim with supplier or carrier and complete the settlement in system.
• Prepare document and process for Transfer, movement and adjustment and complete the settlement in system.
• Support Finance to reconcile inventory and month end sales cut-off.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistic or supply chain operations
• Independent, responsible, mature, well-organized and detail-minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Excel such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, advanced formulas
