What you would do as our Part Time Senior HR Advisor
As our part-time Senior HR Advisor you will be a strategic partner to the Door Group, driving HR initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence. You’ll contribute to shaping and delivering our HR strategy, lead on talent development, and ensure seamless integration of acquisitions. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.

 

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed best practices, improve employee experience, and champion continuous improvement. From managing KPIs and compliance to enhancing communication and engagement, you’ll help build a resilient and future-ready workforce.

 

You would also:
• Lead and deliver a customer-focused HR service across the Door Group and wider UKI region.
• Drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, and strategic HR projects.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed communication, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience in a broad HR generalist role, with strong project management across HR development areas.
• Can work under pressure, solving problems efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Is approachable, friendly, and confident in handling conflict and challenging situations.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office with solid analytical and computer skills.
• Is resilient and professional, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
