What you would do as our Factory Manager

As our Factory Manager you will coordinate the operational function across manufacturing, supply chain and installation activities, driving performance, efficiency and operational excellence across the business. As a key member of the local leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, optimising processes and delivering outstanding outcomes for both customers and the organisation.

This is a highly influential leadership position that combines strategic direction with hands-on execution. You will promote continuous improvement, build high-performing teams and ensure operational activities are aligned to business goals, quality standards and customer expectations.

You would also:

• Develop and deliver the operational strategy to enhance productivity, operational performance and customer service.

• Provide guidance across manufacturing, production planning, procurement, logistics.

• Drive operational excellence through effective capacity planning, on-time delivery performance and production efficiency improvements.

• Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, embedding best practice across all operational areas.

• coordinate, develop and inspire high-performing teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, health and safety.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Brings senior leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering environments.

• Has a proven track record of delivering operational transformation.

• Demonstrates strong expertise in production planning, supply chain management and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Is commercially astute, hands-on in their approach and focused on achieving results.

• Excels at leading, influencing and developing high-performing teams to achieve business goals.
