What you would do as our Area Sales Manager – Smartec 
We want someone to manage the existing accounts to ensure exceptional customer service by achieving or surpassing customer expectation through close co-operation with all other relevant department stakeholders.
You would also:
•    Deliver sales growth of existing accounts through successful fulfilment of orders for our Smartec Timber door product range. And identify new Smartec product opportunities/Customers, intergroup partners or new Strategic Partners and secure new and ongoing business.
•    Identify new product or new market opportunities complimentary to existing activities and production capabilities. Maximizing company profitability by ensuring the highest possible selling price is achieved during negotiations.
•    Determine customer satisfaction pre and post order and reporting positive or negative feedback through company documented quality management system.
•    Reporting on any customer complaints through the company documented QMS and preparing monthly report of past month identifying activities, information received from customers, and any required follow up. Also reporting on potential future projects, market pricing levels, customer buying trends, product development needs, competitor activity and potential leads for Group divisions to Managing Director.
•    Assisting credit control with collection of all information required for considering credit facilities, and collection of outstanding debts when required. Managing and updating CRM software (Prospect) to ensure all customer details are logged and kept up to date, lead information is recorded and status of lead is current. Preparing sales projections for forthcoming month and assisting with projections prior to year-end for forthcoming year.


The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
•    Previous / current experience of working in a results orientated commercial environment
•    Ideally experience within the industrial door industry in the UK
•    Experienced in internal / external relationship development
•    Able to demonstrable “Solution Based” selling skills
